So I entered my baby boy into a competition.
Yes he is screaming in the photo but everybody enters pictures of there baby smiling which is all a bit samey. So I decided to go against the grain.

Let's Bake...... Pretzels!!!

So you know when you have those days when all you want is something sweet but a bit savoury at the same time.
Well today was that kind of day for me.
So I made pretzels!

So I cheated and used the bread maker but it will just end the same way and it would if I made it by hand it!

Raw pretzels! Mmmm... Tasty

So after 8-10 minutes I have lovely golden brown Pretzels. Not all the perfect size or shape but as a first attempt they are not too bad.

Now for the exciting bit...

TIME TO ADD THE CINNAMON SUGAR!!!

Obviously you can add any topping like chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, melted nutella the list is endless.

End result!

Get To Know Me...

Since this is the first time we have met, here is a little bit about me: I am a bubbly, coffee drinking, dog loving, sweet treat loving, red haired mum to a beautiful baby boy.
My name is Megan-Lavinia: Lavinia after the character in the Shakespeare play Titus Andronicus (my mum fell in love with the name when she studied the play at school)
I live at home with my fiancé, my dog and my son.
I spend most of my free time; creating, crafting, taking photos, buying way too much stationary and just enjoying spending time with the people I love. Life is pretty normal for me!
I started this blog to share stuff I create, what I get up to and my challenge of  organizing and get through day to day life as its not always easy being a 19 year old mum.
Anyway that's just a little bit about me.
